  2. Completing the post-registration procedures in the National E-Invoicing System, creating a sub-user, and establishing automatic integration with the system, as well as finalizing all required settings to begin invoicing and broadcasting sales invoices.
  3. Monitoring sales transactions on the E-Invoicing System and providing advice and guidance through explanations and training on how to use the system to prevent any future errors.
  4. Maintaining communication with the client regarding any updates, circulars, exceptions, or changes in the operational procedures issued by the Income and Sales Tax Department related to the E-Invoicing System.
  1. Submitting objections to income and sales tax decisions and discussing them with the Objections Committee.
  2. Filing objections against income and sales tax penalties, as well as any other applicable fines, and conducting necessary settlements with the tax authority.
  3. Registering establishments for income and sales tax, obtaining the required certificates, access credentials, and providing the service of canceling sales tax registration and conducting the final audit to close the tax file.
  4. Issuing import cards through the Income and Sales Tax Department, obtaining the “No Objection” letter to proceed with import procedures, and activating tax numbers with the Customs Department.
  5. Providing services to increase import ceilings and defer the 2% income tax payment on customs declarations.
  6. Handling procedures for lifting tax holds and issuing regular and final tax clearance certificates, especially in the case of company liquidation.
  7. Submitting employees’ monthly withholding statements and information slips to the tax department.
  8. Handling tax refund claims for employees, individuals, and companies.
  9. Providing services for electronic payments and installment arrangements.
